Joe Biden strongly criticizes a Supreme Court ruling

2. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban criticizes EU plans to give Ukraine additional financial aid, saying Ukraine has already received about $80 billion from the EU. 

3. Japan says the U.N. nuclear agency chief will visit Fukushima before the release of treated radioactive water from the damaged nuclear plant there. 

4. And U.S. President Joe Biden strongly criticizes a Supreme Court ruling that bars using race in college admissions decisions.
