Dear
The (Name of Product) I purchased from you on May 15, 2006 turned out to be
quite a disappointment. While it looked the same as the one I saw in your commercial,
it did not perform in the same way.

* commercial = 광고 (방송)/ perform = 작동하다
Following the instructions, I placed an onion in its proper position and pushed down
on the mincer, which immediately bent out of shape. I experienced the same problem
when I attempted to dice a carrot.
* instructions(pl) = 설명/ proper position = 적소(適所)/ mincer = 고기 가는 기계
* bend = 구부러지다, 휘어지다/ out of shape = 제 모양이 아닌[형태가 찌그러진]
* dice = 깍둑썰기를 하다/ mince = (특히 고기를 기계에 넣고) 갈다
Therefore, I am returning the (Name of Product) to you and ask that you issue me a full refund.
I am not interested in receiving a replacement.
* full refund = 전액 환불/ replacement = 교체[대체]물
