008. He who lives without looking for pleasures, his senses well controlled, moderate in his food, faithful
and strong, him Mara will certainly not overthrow, any more than the wind throws down a rocky mountain.
더러운 것을 더럽게 보고 감각의 욕망을 잘 억제하며 먹고 마심에 절제가 있고 굳은 신념으로 정진하는 사람은
악마도 그를 정복할 수 없다. 바람이 바위산을 어찌할 수 없듯이.
觀身不淨 能攝諸根 食知節度 常 精進 爲邪動 如風大山
관신부정 능섭제근 식지절도 상락정진 불위사동 여풍대산
