100. Even though a speech be a thousand (of words), but made up of senseless words, 
one word of sense is better, which if a man hears, he becomes quiet.
쓸모 없는 말을 엮어 늘어놓는 천 마디보다 들으면 마음이 가라앉는 한 마디가 훨씬 뛰어난 말이다.
