193. A supernatural person (a Buddha) is not easily found, he is not born everywhere. 
Wherever such a sage is born, that race prospers.
부처는 만나기 어렵다, 아무데서나 태어나지 않기 때문에. 
이 같은 성자가 태어난 집안은 영원히 평화롭고 번창할 것이다.
明人難値 亦不比有 其所生處 族親蒙慶 
명인난치 역불비유 기소생처 족친몽경
