An old man felt he was dying. He called his three sons into the room.
He ordered his servant to bring a bundle of wooden sticks.
"Break it," the father ordered his eldest son. The son tried his best, but
he couldn't break the sticks. "Each of you pick up a stick. Then break
them," the father ordered again. The sons united the bundle and then
each one picked up a tick. As they strained, the sticks broke easily.
"You know what I mean?" the father said to his sons.
