II. DIALOGUES:
A: I’m so upset.
B: What’s the matter?
A: My girlfriend broke up with me today.
B: I’m sorry to hear that. Hey, what do you say you and I go to the movies this afternoon? Maybe that will cheer you up.
A: That sounds like a good idea.
B: Sure it is. It will get your mind off of your girlfriend, I mean your ex-girlfriend.
