Notice to Deliver Possession

Reference is made to your Lease dated (date), by and between (lessor) and (lessee),
for a month-to-month term.

You are hereby notified to deliver up possession of the hereinafter described premises
you now hold in possession, on a month-to month tenancy, within days from the date
indicated above. Said premises known as (designate), located at (address), (city), (state),
(zip), to be surrendered to the Landlord, (building and address).
* hereby = 이에 의하여, 이로써/ deliver up[over] = 인도하다; 되돌려주다; (성 따위를) 넘겨주다
* possession = 소유(물), 소지(품), 보유(물)/ hereinafter = 아래에(서는), 이하에
* premises = (한 사업체가 소유・사용하는 건물이 딸린) 부지[지역], 구내 / tenancy = 차용[임차/소작] (기간)
* said = 앞에 말한/ designate = 지정[지적]하다/ surrender to ~ = ~에 내주다[항복하다]
