Request for Estimate of Appraisal Costs
Dear
One of the requirements for obtaining refinancing on my (property), is to obtain a current appraisal
for the lender, who is (name of lender).
* requirements(보통 pl) = 필요(한것)/ obtain = 얻다, 구하다/ refinancing = 재융자
* appraisal = 평가, 감정/ lender = 빌려주는 사람, 대출 기관
The location of the property which is to be appraised is (address), (city), (state) and the appraisal
is to be based on the land value plus improvements.
* property = 부동산; 재산, 소유물/ be based on ~ = ~에 기초[근거]하다/ improvement = 개선, 개량
I would appreciate your providing me with an estimate of both time and costs in order for you
to prepare an appraisal that will meet the lender's requirements.
* provide sb with ~ = ~에게 ~을 제공[공급]하다/ estimate = 추정(치), 추산
