039. If a man's thoughts are not dissipated, if his mind is not perplexed, 
if he has ceased to think of good or evil, then there is no fear for him while he is watchful.
마음이 번뇌에 물들지 않고 생각이 흔들리지 않으며 선악을 초월하여 깨어 있는 사람에게는 그 어떤 두려움도 없다.
念無適止 不絶無邊 福能알惡 覺者爲賢
염무적지 부절무변 복능알악 각자위현
