185. Not to blame, not to strike, to live restrained under the law, to be moderate in eating,
to sleep and sit alone, and to dwell on the highest thoughts, this is the teaching of the Awakened.
남을 헐뜯지 말고 상처 입히지 말며 계율을 지키고 음식을 절제하며 홀로 한가히 앉아 사색에 전념하라.
이것이 깨달은 이의 가르침이다
不女堯亦不惱 如戒一切持 少食捨身貪 有行幽隱處 意諦以有詰 是能奉佛敎
불여요역불뇌 여계일체지 소식사신탐 유행유은처 의체이유힐 시능봉불교
